Swiss Army KS Leicht GTX Boots

The new (light) combat boot, which is suitable for field service, is part of the personal equipment of members of the Swiss Armed Forces and is worn in urban as well as open to rough terrain together with combat or operational clothing. It is biomechanically and thermophysiologically optimized for use in the Central European climate and is designed to protect the soldier in the performance of his functional tasks.

• Upper material: Nubuck leather, hydrophobized, breathable (5.0 mg/cm2/h), 2.0 – 2.2 mm thick
• Lining: Gore-Tex® Performance laminate, waterproof and highly breathable, abrasion-resistant lining with maximum climate comfort, especially for flexible and interchangeable use indoors and outdoors and in warmer temperatures
• Insole: synthetic, removable
• Midsole: shock-absorbing, dimensionally stable, torsion-resistant
• Outsole: Vibram® patented rubber outsole, abrasion-resistant, non-slip, oil and petrol-resistant
• Two-zone closed lacing system with slider
• Ankle protection
• Rubber rand in the toe and heel areas for greater durability
