The new (light) combat boot, which is suitable for field service, is part of the personal equipment of members of the Swiss Armed Forces and is worn in urban as well as open to rough terrain together with combat or operational clothing. It is biomechanically and thermophysiologically optimized for use in the Central European climate and is designed to protect the soldier in the performance of his functional tasks.
