The HARALD TIER4 meets current needs of an operator in direct action allowing maximum mobility, configuration and versatility, without sacrificing essential ballistic protection. The HARALD plate carrier is part of the Valhalla system, which allows greater compatibility of the gear with other elements of our system or of other brands, depending on the needs or the mission assigned to the operator.

Material and Technology:

Mesh MultiCam®: It is a mesh fabric that offers special properties in a wide range of operational scenarios, the most significant being the ability to instantly drain water in maritime operations. But the main functionality of this material (developed for Crye Precision® company) is to reduce the weight of the plate carrier and achieve greater heat evacuation in warm environments
High performance stretch fabric: It allows a maximum adjustment to the plates of different brands, where the plate carrier adapts to the plate and not the other way around. It reduces the profile to a minimum and prevents internal movements of the plate itself. Although it can be adjusted to other ballistic plates, the profile is designed for 25 x 30 cm plates
1000D Nylon fabric: It is arranged in the loading areas or where other equipment carrier elements are normally attached, providing the assembly greater resistance. The Harald plate carrier works in a hybrid way together with Velcro straps and laser cutting technology, allowing it to work with traditional MOLLE attachment systems, Velcro or both at the same time

ITW Nexus® GTSR Split-Bar Body Clips with GhillitexTM technology designed for quick attachment to 1 – 25mm MOLLE/PALS systems. Allows high weight loads as it is manufactured in Acetal. The Split-Bar system allows the GTSR clip to be attached and removed quickly and without the need for cutting or sewing, increasing modularity and custom fit at different points in a MOLLE system
GhillieTEX TM is a technology that provides a lower IR mark to MILSPEC products that are 100% US Berry Amendment Compliant
1000D nylon fabric to withstand wear and tear in harsh environments
Communication elastics, designed to hold the PTT and reduce the volume of the buttons as they do not require other systems such as clips. It has other applications such as holding hydration tubes, antennas, and communication cables
Laser cut MOLLE replacing the traditional strips with precisely cut surface, which allows reducing the volume of the system for attaching gear pockets and therefore increases the efficiency of the garment

Each piece of cummerbund has three elasticated pockets for cargo purposed, such as ammunition (mainly intended for M4-type magazines) or small items such as grenades, tourniquets, etc

The Velcro closure allows it to adapt to a wide variety of equipment carriers on the market, as long as they have Velcro on the front and back

The male Velcro on the back allows it to be fastened to a Plate Carrier such as the Harald or to add more pouches.
At the bottom of the Velcro on the back there is a MOLLE line that allows you to attach pouches such as the Snorri Admin Pouch or the Haakon Drop Pouch
The back Velcro cover is padded for greater comfort
Braided rubber bands on the bottom allow you to carry a tourniquet or similar object
Front part made of 1000D nylon fabric with laser cut MOLLE and female Velcro, allowing the addition of other pouches by both systems
Elastic cord with regulator designed to load different elements such as a CAT, a flag or second layer textile elements
Male Velcro on the inside where other elements can be added by Velcro such as ventral pouches, carabiner holders (for gloves) etc. In addition, this system is designed to be attached to a plate carrier with Velcro
